Pros

Good salary package , the IT department is fine to work for . Avoid sales department

Cons

Management is disaster literally . Became a gang environment once the interest of managers is going into contradiction . Wrong strategy for marketing and leading the sales team . Marketplace is dead for small business market and they have no strategy to level up , the company ended up closing the operation and firing all sales team

Pros

the environment and the resources provided are good enough to keep moving forward ,while learning and implementing your tasks . its a multitasking position , where you conduct live DEMO's with clients , CRM implementation , drive sales to achieve targets ( MRR ) , keep your pipeline active and organized . salary was good enough for the position , however the commission structure is what nobody liked and it wasn"t good to earn more .. the sales process is very hard because of the competition in the French Market ( digital signature ). there are less cheaper than Oodrive in terms of SaaS product and service .

Cons

poor commission structure / very weak Marketing strategy / lack of management implication to help the sales team .
