      Schedule flexibility PTO, team members support

      Cons

      Management is clueless and prefers to withhold information/chastise rather than learn team building skills. New hire training is non-existent. There was zero feedback on my performance the entire time I worked there! Information necessary for the job is withheld, and there is no training opportunity. Toxic!

      COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED !! The coding dept placed me in a role that I'd never done before, but I conquered it and learned it, without any assistance from the company
