This company truly believes in the work/life balances and practices what they preach. Employees are encouraged to take part in activities provided through Onnit, have many health perks, and does their best to provide a health working atmosphere for all employees. Management is incredibly supportive and helps individuals that are seeking professional growth and development. My time within the company has been some of the best work I've ever done because of the continued support provided.
Cons
As we grow, we naturally encounter growing pains of developing new positions and filling those that have transitioned out. Communication can always be improved in any organization, and this is something that Onnit is aware of and always working to improve.
