Pros
I learned a lot because I was given so many responsibilities.
Cons
Organizations a complete mess. So many people either leaving or getting laid off. Since UL acquired it, everything’s been different. No one wants to put their head down and do the work — they just expect everyone else to do it for them. It’s really the messiest company I have ever worked for. Really long hours expected as well. They give flex Fridays and summer but don’t let you take them.
