Pros

Unrivaled company culture, with the opportunity to work alongside some truly talented, passionate people. Everyone worked as a team, even across departments, with no work being "too small" for any person. Everyone has a voice, and your contributions are immediately and directly felt. Couldn't recommend Oneupweb more!

Pros

Oneupweb has a hardworking and dedicated team that consistently strives for excellence. Employees often go above and beyond.

Cons

While Oneupweb offers a strong, hardworking team, there are significant downsides. The company provides little room for career advancement, and the salary is not reflective of the high stress and workload expected. Work-life balance is almost nonexistent, with demands often spilling over into personal time. The fun social events can only do so much to make up for these challenges. Don’t always believe what you see on social media. Additionally, the CEO’s leadership style can be problematic. Initially supportive, his demeanor changes once you stop “drinking the kool-aid”. He’s displayed immature behavior and a lack of professionalism during employee departures. The company’s leadership, combined with its other limitations, can make it difficult to recommend as a long-term career option.
