+ Nice colleagues + independent work + ample opportunities to swap departments or get a promotion + travel budget and the possibilities to visit London, Hamburg or Paris (locations with offices)
Cons
- very inflexible at times: everything needs to be done by the book, even if it does not make any sense or makes working more complicated. - absolute anal about "coming to office", even if they do not have any official rules (until now at least). If your job is sitting in online meetings all day long with people outside your organization, there is no real gain in work efficiency in an office - internal communication is lacking. Mainly language barriers, mainly from the French team. - need more structure: it was not rare that leadership sometimes commented on things, even though they did not have the whole picture. All in all, the negative points do not outweigh the positives. Really just things that, in the end, lead to frustrations.
