Pros

The flexible hours and being able to choose were important and allowed me to navigate my home life balance with my travelling too. Which meant I was still able to earn even when away. Also being able to choose when you get paid (weekly/monthly) was a plus and being able to earn a bonus for your quality of work.

Cons

The training is on the job so efficiency was not at its best which affects your quality at first. Price per ticket did not always align with the time needed to execute.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re really glad to hear that flexibility, payment frequency options, and the quality bonus structure positively supported your work-life balance, especially while travelling. Flexibility is a core part of our freelance model, so it’s great to know that aspect worked well for you. Regarding training, we appreciate your feedback. Because we work with a freelance model across many different client projects, part of the onboarding is indeed hands-on. That said, we continuously improve our training materials and structure to help new agents ramp up faster and feel confident from the start. Your comment reinforces the importance of that effort. On compensation, our per-ticket pricing is designed based on historical handling times and complexity, and we regularly review pricing to ensure alignment. We also offer quality bonuses to reward strong performance. That said, we understand that perceived alignment between time spent and compensation is key, and we’re always analyzing data and feedback to refine our model. Thank you again for your balanced and constructive feedback, it helps us keep improving.

Pros

Flexible (hours and modes of communication), more earning potental from efficiency, very intuitive platform, well-organized company, great collaborative culture, some decent discounts at stores if you're in Europe, quality bonus of 1/3 your pay

Cons

You are paid by ticket, so your earnings can massively vary depending on client and efficiency (in many places below minimum wage even when meeting goals), you're a contractor that may have to work with different clients under Onepilot who pay different rates (I would worry about stability)
