Regarding training, we appreciate your feedback. Because we work with a freelance model across many different client projects, part of the onboarding is indeed hands-on. That said, we continuously improve our training materials and structure to help new agents ramp up faster and feel confident from the start. Your comment reinforces the importance of that effort.
On compensation, our per-ticket pricing is designed based on historical handling times and complexity, and we regularly review pricing to ensure alignment. We also offer quality bonuses to reward strong performance. That said, we understand that perceived alignment between time spent and compensation is key, and we’re always analyzing data and feedback to refine our model.
