Executives listen to employees and appreciate the 360 reviews employees provide during performance management reviews. Work/life balance is respected and they understand when employees need to take care of their life outside of work (especially the parents in the workplace)
Cons
Projects can sometimes be inconsistent and there is too much downtime to justify having everyone working all-day
