Amazing office space. Unfortunately with zero ethics or commitment to employees. - Anonymous employee OneSpace Employee Review

Pros

Office space is silicon valley’esque with the requisite snackroom and college dorm atmosphere. While the core of the company is cliquish there are good people here just trying to build something great.

Cons

Do your own due diligence. Follow up on the information you are being given regarding the state of the company, management, and financials. You may find things don’t exactly match up. When you hit a wall of vague cloudiness in an org where everything else is open for dialog, that’s your cue.

Pros

I made some great friends at OneSpace, and some of the perks are nice...

Cons

The perks mentioned above are not really "perks." OneSpace is trying to justify not paying their employees fairly, not giving cost of living raises, and not offering basic compensation like 401k matching by saying that a stocked kitchen and bar are part of your compensation. Perks are not compensation. I can't pay my bills with a bar I rarely use or the parties that are a waste of money. The company has a solid idea but has no clear direction and no real leadership. They just keep saying "well, let's try this" without fully following through on previous attempts. The companies under the Juggle umbrella have never been profitable (in over 10 years) and are losing the faith of their clients and employees very quickly. There is a group of untouchable employees who are "golden children" and many of the VPs are best friends with the CEO and COO. This kind of incestuous relationship is toxic to a company and extremely unprofessional. There are no opportunities for advancement or higher pay, no matter how much they say otherwise, and promises are almost never kept. You are expected to work well over 40-hours with zero ROI. They require weekend work, they offer zero work/life balance, and they do not pay you or promote you for you dedication.
