While we’re sorry that you felt it was such a negative experience, we do make every effort to clearly communicate upfront with job candidates. We are a company that is not only growing rapidly in response to client demand but also in a state of transition to more current and resilient processes.
As we continue to analyze and improve our internal systems, there is naturally a learning curve. We are fully supportive of people coming on board during this transition who are willing to meet the challenges of a robust client base and a fast-paced work environment. In the meantime, we have set an achievable goal of full conversion to our new platform by the end of 2019, and we have established regular updates with our staff to keep them in the loop about what to expect in the weeks and months ahead.
