Hi, It's unfortunate OneLocal was not the right fit for you. We take pride in hiring both people with expertise in our sector, but also team members who are willing to learn about digital marketing and operating a software business. This often involves doing knowledge transfer, and giving constant feedback to ensure proper alignment. We also take pride in our diversity. As of today, 40% of our managers are female; 36% of them are visible minorities; 40% of our VPs are women. All of those figures are an increase from what they were a year ago...and we would like them to be even higher in the future. Finally we do not force everyone to come to the office to work. That being said, being a mostly remote organization means that we expect our team members to be able to find ways to remediate blockers that can prevent them from doing their work remotely (and that includes finding reliable internet to do their work).
