People are lovely Central location Social atmosphere Modern offices

Nepotism, management roles are given to siblings and spouses of other senior colleagues. Bonuses got slashed for a meagre increase in salary (low baseline in comparison to other companies in Brighton). Decline in company values and doing what is right for the consumer. Very little opportunity to progress.

Pay was decent and the people were a laugh

Poor management and creates a bad atmosphere in the morning when they pull you in to a room if you hadn’t sold the day before and Pretty much shout at you even though it was pot luck half the time due to calling 500 people a day. (I sold quite frequently and experienced this a few times)Also definitely had their favourites but it had its pros and cons and it’s not completely awful
