I have worked for a total of 5 different digital marketing agencies that have a specialty for SEO. OneCore Media stands out as the most refined in it's approach at executing SEO strategies that really work for clients. Every strategy is always carefully crafted to target the biggest needs of each client & prospect. OneCore Media keeps up to date on industry trends, algorithm updates, and keeps our clients both compliant with Google's standards while helping clients exceed their competition on organic SERPs. Furthermore OneCore Media takes excellent care of their staff. They made me feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated immediately. The company culture is very friendly, diversity & inclusivity is important at OneCore Media, there's even staff that have worked for OneCore for years and years because of how generous & friendly it is to work here. Work life balance is healthy. Mental health is very important to both senior management and staff. OneCore Media truly invests in their staff in every capacity. I can proudly say that this is the most well-equipped agency I have ever worked for in both client work & the amazing treatment of staff.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at One Core Media. I joined the Paid Media Department and was immediately welcomed by passionate, collaborative people who love what they do. One Core is committed to employees' career growth and actively encourages personal development and inter-team learning. I've learned more in my 1 year here than I have in my entire career thus far.

No major cons. Management encourages open communication and strives to ensure employees feel supported.
