Years of hard work and weekends and awards given and the new CEO and his minions in HR come in and make EVERY employee feel for weeks they were on the chopping block with his massive layoff. If you were able to stay, I would consider the treatment of those laid off and start putting out resumes ASAP. This went from being a company that took pride in the treatment of their employees to what is now apparent that each employee is a number. Will be interesting to see how long Advanced stays in business.
