Pros

The actual work is manageable and can be meaningful. Under previous leadership, there was flexibility, trust, and recognition for strong performance.

Cons

New management is inflexible, unsupportive and has eliminated flexibility. Micromanagement is constant, policies are applied inconsistently, and reasonable schedule requests are met with rigidity. Communication feels punitive, and morale has significantly declined.

Pros

The only pro is that it is a remote position.

Cons

Horrible company to work for. The management will publicly make fun of you in the teams thread. There is no support from management. They will belittle you and call you a liar. The training for this position was horrendous. Sat on a zoom meeting for 3 days with no actual training. Just sat in silence, watching someone else work and they explained nothing. Currently there is a group chat with 20+ employees with screenshots and complaints of managers publicly making fun of and belittling employees. Multiple forms of evidence of unethical actions from multiple employees. When you ask for help or file a complaint they will retaliate against you. PTO is always denied no matter what. Turnover rate between CMAs and providers is HIGH. Someone needs to come in and evaluate this company because it has caused high mental repercussions for staff. Pay is SUPER low. Benefits SUCK.
