Toxic work environment with a cultivated culture of fear. Frequent shouting by senior leadership, including foul language, audible from the waiting room. Some members of leadership would denigrate members of staff behind their back. Dubious hiring practices, minimal training, and considerable loss of institutional knowledge due to rapid turnover. Disorganized, with no real meaningful job titles or descriptions. In my time with the firm, turnover rate on new employees was very high.

•constant rotating door of employees (especially front desk) •disorganized management/supervisors (constantly be told different thing by different people) •constantly “restructuring” •people barely past the 3 months probation they either quit or fired. •expect lower pay then advertised
