Good to learn from here, all the senior & head are very kindness and skillful.

Base salaries are low, no bonus, no annual dinner, no allowances, no company trip, less of resources. Project are heavy but computer is old and slow, 8 years never changes.

A good place to learn, earn and gain knowledge. Seniors are willing to teach, good networking opportunities and exposure.

1. Entire company's management falls down to boss's whims. Whatever he says, goes. Without understanding workers. Boss hates wfh, simply will assume that worker is not doing anything while working from home. While actually, we are doing our work. 2. No dental and optical benefits anymore. 3. Underpaid. 4. Not flexible. 5. No other allowance.
