Well...I honestly can't think of one.
Cons
Sales first / patient last approach. Management is clueless to this industry - clueless to management as a whole. Customer service is non-existent. They do nothing to maintain employee confidence and trust. One had never knows what the other is doing. No straight answers, ever.
