Pros

You get to work on a wide range of projects at One Net, including for some of the largest names in tech to small indie start-ups and creatives. Work stays interesting and exciting this way. I have also had amazing opportunities working at One Net including getting to travel around the world for certain projects. There are lots of really nice and interesting people working at One Net who each have their own passions outside of work and bring that zest for creation into the office. There is a large emphasis placed on creativity and pushing for the best story which is what sets this company and the work it does apart from others. Bosses are understanding and flexible with time off. They are also easy to talk to and encourage you to try new things or work in different areas of the company.

Cons

There is room for improvement with regards to standards and policies related to annual reviews and administrative functions, however these are generally addressed in a reasonably timely manner when brought up with upper management.

Pros

- I've been in the workforce for 13 years and the company culture that One Net has built is unmatched. This company has so much talent, yet they defy the "stuck up ad agency" stereotype. Everyone is treated as an equal (but really). - You will be mentored and taught by the greatest creative and analytical minds in the industry, but at your own pace and based on your individual goals. - I'm an American and work visa issues are the only reason that I'm no longer with One Net.

Cons

- Had to pay for parking ;)

Pros

I did not experience any "pro's" working on contract for this company.

Cons

- Disorganized project management practices. - Irregular work hours coupled with an expectation of round-the-clock availability. - Substandard communication protocols. - Leadership characterized by toxicity, Marked by an unwillingness to take accountability for internal challenges or errors, and a propensity to manipulate situations to deflect responsibility onto others. - Deviation from typical processes observed in many productions.
