Pros

I loved helping my patients resolve their accounts: decent benefits, and consistent schedule.

Cons

In over two years, no one has ever received a raise or a promotion. The commission is the lowest I have ever seen. If you bring in 20k in a two-week period, your commission rate is .04%.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you’ve had positive experiences with our team’s engagement efforts, compensation, and our commitment to building a supportive environment. Your recognition means a lot to us. We also appreciate your honest input regarding our healthcare and dental plan costs. We know this is an important part of the overall employee experience. We continually review our benefits offerings and vendor partnerships to identify opportunities to improve coverage options and cost structures for our team. This year, we changed vendors and also absorbed the healthcare renewal cost to not pass that increase on to our employees. If you have additional suggestions or would like to discuss your experience in more detail, we’d welcome the opportunity to continue the conversation if you email hr@mnetfinancial.com. Thank you again for helping us get better.
