Pros

Laid back Friendly environment Paid training Medical benefits after 3 months of employment Upto $100 monthly bonus Incentives i.e. Drinks, food, gift baskets etc. Potluck and dress up weeks $10.50 for starting tier 1 agent per hr $11 for elite or select service per hr $11.50 for tier 2 agent per hr I've heard management is like $17-18 salary

Cons

The customers overall make the day hard. (job is easy) Pay just isn't enough Some of the managers are a little hostile. Favoritism.

Pros

Friendly coworkers, friendly customers. It's an easy job. I go to work happy, and I leave happy. What's not to love? Guaranteed fulltime!

Cons

The pay is low. Other call centers typically pay more. People can get angry. Very strict credit card requirements mean you can't read a book during downtime. No cell phones allowed - you have to store them in a locker.
