Discounts are ok The merchandise is great, the quality of the bikinis is amazing Nothing else really

No health benefits Everything is managed from Colombia and they have no clue of what is going on with the stores in Miami so it doesn't make any sense Sales expectations are ridiculous No respect for employees - once they don't want you to work there any more they will make your life impossible until you quit Pay is not that great Unorganized office and extremely rude people working at the office in downtown! No opportunities to move up if you're a sales associate you will stay a sales associate NO RAISES EVER!!! they are extremely stingy so don't expect to get a raise Never have events or nothing to promote new lines I could carry on with the list of cons but I don't have all day
