No cons about Oncosec Medical

Unlimited PTO, 100% Paid Medical, doing great things to treat cancer.

You are expected to be available 24/7. Good luck taking the unlimited PTO time they offer and if you do, expect to be on call. If you want a 9-5 this isn't the place. No work life balance, no company functions, no decent coffee (legit need to buy your own), and no real camaraderie between employees. Start up mentality, need better procedures in place. The stability of this company remains to be seen. There are more overpaid contractors at this company then anything else. Punit Dhillon has not been the CEO for years so that needs to be updated.
