It was a good part time position. Good DSM.
Cons
This was a part time sales position on a Pfizer contract. There were limited samples-none during the 4th quarter. There were no resources for lunches or speaker programs. There were no competitive numbers until 6 months after the contract started. During the first 3 months, there was a +25% turnover of reps, which was okay according the upper management.
