      Pros

      Onapsis used to be a disruptive company and I worked with talented and great people during my time there. Unfortunately things changed a lot lately.

      Cons

      Upper management is a mess, starting from the CEO, which is clearly focused just in his personal success. Company doesn't take care of talents and has a crazy approach to projects so dependant of the CEO like it was when they were 50 employees. Not hiring smart people is a bad choice. Hiring them and not taking care is stupid. That's Onapsis.

      - None at all, most cons are just due to a chill environment there's less excitement

      Great Salary and benefits. Unlimited PTO.

      A lot of changes at the company. Still kind of unstable. Company truly needs to decide their priorities
