- mostly working hours are late and around 12-13 hours daily shift. - no clarity. Always depends on others reaction - always uncertainty and feel helpless - nepotism and office politics. - HR is very unprofessional and ugly. No experience related to HR role. Every hiring is nightmare. - talented and good working employees are either fired or put paper because of the so called created environment inside the office (buttering). - upper management are not good. - Always getting trouble from the senior. - hire and fired is going on depend upon the mood of the management. Employee have to work beyond the working hour. It’s always happened. - No mental and physical health. - Forget the leave and holiday if you are working in the company. - if you are able to do the buttering to the specific employee then you can stay longer than expected. - you ctc will be reduced at any time. Again it depends upon the mood of the management. - the promise or the commitment given on the email was reverted back. - they always gave you fake promises.
