Pros

Really embraces the company culture and everyone is treated with respect and family. Directors have a personalised approach by walking around and greeting all members of staff making you feel like they really care and you not just a number to them. Very positive and helpful work environment.

Cons

Quite long hours in my position due to workload but would go back in a heartbeat.

Pros

I had a fantastic experience working at OnSite Support. the management truly embodies a family-oriented and caring approach. Each day the leadership team would make it a point to do walkabouts, greeting everyone with a smile and checking in on how we were doing. It created a warm and inclusive environment where you felt valued and heard. The emphasis on a supportive culture made all the difference. I would recommend OnSite Support to anyone looking for a positive and caring workplace.

Cons

The work was challenging at times however it was rewarding to be part of a team that worked hard and showed gratitude for everyone's efforts.

Pros

Not sure I can think of any!

Cons

The pay seemed great until you realise the amount of hours over your contracted hours you would end up doing to get the ridiculous amount of work done. In one month I did 20 hrs over time for no extra pay only to be told the following week I needed to take annual leave for a doctors appointment. The office environment to me felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming to those not part of the community and I didn't feel like I could bring my whole self to work. Those not in the community were made the feel different and cast out. Brethen staff in the office often made malicious, snidey comments within ear shot of me and other staff which is disgusting behaviour and they should be embarrassed. (There was 1 exception to this rule and that was Bailey Byng - she is a true asset to your company). My team were penalised from receiving a bonus based on customer financial issues out of our control. I was told they were a family orientated business but when I asked to work slightly longer hours on 2 days and come in slightly late on 1 day to do the school run it was continuously promised to me but only based on performance which as mentioned was penalised due to customer financial issues not due to lack of work by the staff! So I was never granted this time with my son despite preaches of family being the most important thing. I wasn't part of their family so I didn't 'matter'. The attitude towards staff who didn't hit a target (despite whether it was our fault or not) was quite frankly rude and only those who hit their targets or were the top order placers 'mattered'. The attitude towards customers was the same. Every single person was busting a gut all day long, undue stress, long hours, so much pressure and realistically they encouraged that the top spenders are to be treated in a certain way and other customers well just do as you please. The customers who spent less really didn't 'matter' either. The attitude towards females which I believe stem from their religious beliefs were carried into the workplace which in my opinion is highly unprofessional.
