Pros
A great team atmosphere, great leaders and co-workers make OnMedia a great choice for anyone looking into a sales profession. Newcomers are given a warm welcome, and anyone with an outgoing personality will quickly assimilate and feel at home. OnMedia has a great compensation structure that allows Account Executives to be paid well for their efforts.
Cons
As with any sales job, each season brings added pressure to meet budget deadlines. My biggest qualm was that budgets are solely created on dollars, not the context of the sale. I doubt this is much different from other organizations. While this aspect can be a nuisance, it's unlikely you will find your job on the line for these aspects out of your control.
