Unrealistic rules and regulations. The management itself do not follow any of the rules. CEO doesn’t care what’s happening in the office. 150 employees only and yet the CEO behaves as though he is handling a multi billion company😂
The upper management is racist. They comment or crack jokes on employees with darker skin tone. Horrible behaviour !
