Pros
Flexible work arrangements, remote work options, and a above average work-life balance, and pretty good benefits.
Cons
They have been purchased by the private equity firm JMI Equity. Their focus clearly seems to be on generating high returns within a short period. As a result, this has lead to a prioritization of short-term profits over long-term sustainability and development. SDR being the most entry level position for onboard, JMI’s strategy becomes apparent as you are offered an extremely low compensation package for the role that consist of a 40k Base and 50k OTE. While you do receive inbound leads, your lead quantity is completely dependent upon the vertical you are place in. That said, certain industries will not have to make an outbound call and exceed their quota while other verticals struggle to come close. Lastly, there is virtually no career development and a lack of transparency from leadership. Also, There are limited opportunities for advancement within the company as you are working in a overpopulated department in an entry level position. If you seek new challenges and chances to develop your skills, these opportunities are lacking, and I would look for them elsewhere.
