Pros

Advocates for their contractors and keeps them informed. Even though I had no personal experience with their leadership, you can tell they're excellent based on all of the people you encounter. I appreciated their feedback and guidance every step of the way, and we accomplished what we'd set out for starting with salary negotiations and ending with transitioning to FTE. I appreciated the transparency, camaraderie, and warmth of this company. Would go back any and every time I had an interest in contracting work. I was also new to the contracting world and they were excellent in explaining everything, even provided great benefits which I hadn't realized contractors had! Highly recommend to family, friends, and anyone looking for a great contracting agency.

Cons

ODG exceeded any expectations I had of contracting work, and I could tell it wasn't only my experience but the entire vibe of the company after attending an open house event. Glassdoor requires cons but I can't think of any. There's no PTO but I think that's standard in the contracting space. MN now requires sick time so you do accumulate some paid time.
