Pros
There may be some learning opportunities depending on the team and project, but they are overshadowed by the overall work environment.
Cons
The company culture felt toxic and unhealthy. Work-life balance is often treated like a joke, and the environment can feel more like a primary school than a professional workplace. Instead of constructive guidance, employees are often scolded or pressured, which affects motivation and confidence.
Communication is very poor, and there is little to no transparency. Employees often do not know what is coming next because many decisions happen suddenly, without proper context or communication. This creates unnecessary fear, uncertainty, and instability within the team.
Employee exits and layoffs also feel poorly handled. The process can come across as casual and insensitive, as if letting people go is just a routine task rather than a serious decision that impacts people’s lives and careers.
I personally felt disappointed and regretted joining soon after stepping into the office. The environment did not feel supportive, respectful, transparent, or growth-oriented.
