Pros
Easy to get selected and a lot to learn. As it is a small scale company so from start to end you have to do everything if you are developer you have to do designing part as well image editing and of course the development and yes, you don't have time to learn their, you have to manage these task in a very tight schedule and as fast you can. You will get your salary in time but read cons for more salary information.
Cons
After getting selected for any position you will not get any offer letter until they will get satisfied with your work. They can tell you to leave any time as per their convenience. They also hire people for only one single projects and after that with silly excuses they can fire you. You will be working in advance and for the last 20 days you will get salary in next month. You will not get any salary slip , they transfer salary directly into your account by deducting some employement tax amount without giving you any proof. If you are developer then you can't leave this company easily , they will ask for 60 days notice period and if they agreed on 45 days they will put a clause of 45 days but it should be WORKING DAYS only, they will not count Sunday and other holidays. There is new clause added for notice period, they give increment after 6 month and after 6 month if you have taken that increment again you can't leave their company for next 6 month at the time of next increment they will accept your resignation. Strange but true. Holidays and working days - 6 days working with alternate saturday off but some times if any other developer or other employee have any work pending whole team needs to come on holidays and of course they will never pay you extra . -They do not provide any casual leaves , Paid leaves or any kind of leaves , if you have take any , it will get deducted from your salary. -You have to submit a proof for the leave you have taken. Office timing -official 10 to 7, but the real time is 10:30 to approx 7:30 but you have to be there by 10am and you cant be late or ready with the reason -Working environment If you have to work you have to listen and take advice from a person who only knows the partial things about that topic, means company owners. -They have complete 7-8 hrs of working and if you will talk in between again ready for reason. 30 min break that's it and you have to be on your seat always. Project works -They have project from people who live and located near to them. -No professional client you will get to see. -No proper requirement taken from clients - Number of changes during one particular project
