Thanks for your candid feedback. Omadi is constantly looking at ways to improve. I am happy to note that we have implemented incentive programs that reward those “go getting” employees. Being a start-up, we are fast-paced and ever changing which can lead to optimal progression for the right individual. With that being said, we also take the time to have fun with our company-wide weekly lunches and special events throughout the year that foster comradeship between coworkers and departments.
