Management is really nice and willing to train. Pay is good. Opportunity to advance to photo editors and coordinators after time.

Fast pace. Not necessarily a con but if you want something slower paced this might not be for you.

Requires little to no previous experience, Almost all shifts are on the weekend, so you can maintain other jobs at the same time Excellent pay for the job You get to work out doors and on your feet, which can be a nice change from a desk job Managers are very nice and are willing to be flexible Promotions are available

You have to work very early mornings on the weekends Have to work outside even in muddy or hot weather conditions Photo shoot locations change each week Some customers can be a pain to deal with
