Pros
They are incredibly kind and understanding. The pay is fair especially for being a student, I'm not sure if there are opportunities to climb into higher positions but I never looked into it. The people within the building are lovely and the job is fulfilling in that you get to help people at every turn.
Cons
The company itself is fair, the only issue is the area it is in. Being on 36th street, there is a plethora of drug users and people harassing others. But that has nothing to do with the company and more so with the state of New York City as a whole.
