Micromanaged in every single in your job description. Corporate office employees make fun of the staff, berate them, talk about them and nothing professional about them. You are threatened every single day and most employees are in fear of losing their jobs if you're not part of the click. Intimidation every single day. They write the people up that they don't personally like and it has nothing to do with their job performance. They either like you or they don't. Family employees get away with murder, have free apartments although they are not managers. Most of their properties look terrible but because those managers are liked, they never get written up. Long term employees are leaving in groves and the HR representative is a joke.
