Pros
I love working here so much. I constantly have new and interesting projects and autonomy to decide how to approach my work. Our leadership cares about everyone here. They work really hard to keep a great work environment, open an honest communication and a safety place to work. This is a place you can call home: many employees have been here a long time which allows deep integration into the company and the ability to create pathways to success.
Cons
No company is perfect. While we are facing changes, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, formalizing procedures, etc.). that come along with any company change. It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening, progress and benefits with that actions.
