The organizational culture often felt more focused on internal politics than collaboration. Communication from leadership was inconsistent, and decision-making was frequently influenced by factors that were not transparent to employees. Constructive feedback was not always welcomed, which created an environment where employees were hesitant to share concerns or new ideas.
