Outdated systems that are extremely manual and time consuming, no processes, borderline incompetent leadership that do not keep track of previous decisions and change their minds often. Not a positive work place, has gotten better in recent years but still overall toxic. Bad communication among teams, toxic coworkers get their hand slapped and return to old ways. In some cases have seen undeserving employees get promotions. It’s all about politics and likeability. Have witnessed many people rage quit. No trust between teams, a lot of covering your own butt. Hard workers get taken advantage of, working long hours with no merit increases other than the cost of living 3%. Very lean teams with a lot of turmoil and lack of decision making which causes a lot of delays. A lot of scrambling and no structure. Lack of career leveling, no standardized salaries across the same titles. Intense and constant turnover.
