Pros

You get to work with some great people. The job itself is relatively easy. Company car was a nice perk. 3 weeks of vacation.

Cons

They will over work you with zero appreciation. The pay is terrible for the work you will perform. There really aren't raises when you're at management level. You will be expected to work 10-12 hours a day, and on the weekends with no incentive to you. They will "ask" you to travel to other sites that are struggling to help them out, with very little compensation. They expect you to always be available to work whenever they need you to. Yes, you will get vacation time, but it is never truly a vacation, as you will have to take calls and put out fires while trying to relax. Upper management will make you feel guilty when you do get the chance to use YOUR vacation. You will be put in charge of poorly negotiated contracts and expect you to make it successful and profitable. You will be held responsible when the site falls behind. It is very difficult to find qualified employees who are willing to work for a low paying job with terrible health insurance. Turnover is ridiculously high, and there isn't much you can do about it since it is mostly due to the awful benefits and pay. If your dream is to be over worked and under paid, then Olameter is the place for you!! It's a joke....

Contracts can come and go depending on location in the United States.
