Great pay compared to other software companies, a flexible and supportive environment, and real work-life balance. Most importantly, the company truly trusts and values its people. After a difficult period of layoffs and people leaving, during which I also left, I chose to return and was warmly welcomed back. I came back to a stronger, more stable, and genuinely positive workplace. That says everything.

No major negatives from my experience. Like any growing company, there are periods of change and adjustment, but overall the direction and culture remain strong.
