Pros
Right product, right market, right fit, for the most part the right leaders. I learned more, saw more, did more in my time here than anywhere else. I feel like it was a once and a lifetime ride.
Cons
They've reached the point where they seem to no longer value the input of the people that have been there a while and made them successful. They are over complicating the requirements of achieving their next level of growth and it's causing a ton of heartburn.
