      - WFH terrible, they make you feel guilty for working from home even on the set days. - Leadership - Unreasonable expectations - No support from management only from peers - Hard to move anywhere after the SDR role (AE role 3 Levels above, they say)

      Good company benefits - private healthcare, employee stock purchase programme Annual sales kickoff

      Cons

      All calls & emails are now monitored. Graded & tracked on your calls. New requirement is now to have 50+ calls a month recorded in Gong (Gong was previously phased out but now a requirement). Pay rises are low, false promises each year of promotions & generous pay rises Team members favoured over others Work life balance now near on impossible with all the new asks put in place
