Pros
Benefits were decent due to being party of a large corporation.
Cons
Since Bill Reid, former President/CEO, left in 2017, the company has gone downhill. While Bill was tough and knowledgeable, they replaced him with someone who has no business being the President/CEO. The current President/CEO is the worst micromanager I’ve with in my entire career and he always thinks he knows best, despite lack of skill set in certain areas. If he thinks someone knows more about something than him, it’s a big problem, which makes for a very toxic work environment. He likes to micromanage at the highest level and is least hands on President/CEO. Many good employees have left due to his management style, as he always has to be right and have the final say. On top of this, wages are extremely low, and you’ll be lucky to get an annual increase. Corporate support to the shops was non-existent. This would not be a place I’d recommended working solely due to top leadership.
