Pros
Chances will be high that you will get MacBook if you join this company
Cons
1. There is virtually no clear hierarchy within the team or at the management level. This often results in confusion, unclear responsibilities, and inconsistent decision-making. 2. Completing tasks ahead of deadlines is not acknowledged as a positive. Instead, the remaining available time is treated as if the employee is “not being productive,” which is demotivating and discourages efficiency. 3. Even when regular updates are provided, team members are still repeatedly asked—sometimes hourly—what they are doing. This creates unnecessary pressure and interrupts workflow. 4. Time spent on research and experimentation is not recognized as legitimate work unless something is committed to the code repository. This discourages learning, exploration, and improving overall solutions. 5. The person responsible for assessing probation and deciding employment confirmation may not have firsthand confidence in assigning team members to meaningful project work. This raises concerns about fairness and the credibility of the evaluation process. (They do it deliberately because they don't have sufficient projects).
