You were the sole candidate selected for this role, and your onboarding was a direct decision made by the client, rather than the company. Unfortunately, within 15 days, the client determined that your performance did not meet their expectations despite your qualifications and experience. Consequently, your contract was terminated at the client’s request, and the company was obligated to comply.
Despite this, we extended professional courtesy by providing documentation to support your future career prospects, refraining from issuing termination documents citing performance concerns—a step many organizations might have taken.
We prioritise professionalism and expertise as a core development company with selective hiring standards. While your resume reflected 6 years of experience, your performance did not align with the expectations for that level of seniority. In our organization, all employees are treated equally, but we maintain a high-performance culture and cannot retain individuals who fail to meet those standards.
