Can learn some things from some people all the other welders are very nice never have had problems with them Very good as a starting place

Half of the equipment doesn’t work The pay is low compared to other places and especially across the street Management doesn’t really seem to care about you, you are very replaceable to them It’s the same thing almost everyday No overtime They do not take care of the building at all

The co-workers were nice, if not overworked.

A bunch of OSHA violations waiting to happen, And you need to buy your own measurement equipment instead of being issued one through the job. Quite unprofessional.
