The culture here is really great, lots of responsibility and trust is at the foundation of the company. The science is exciting and cutting edge, I get to do so many different things and am constantly learning. Big impact. They care about me as a person and about my interests.

Growing pains, limited parking. We're growing a lot so lab space is getting a bit crowded.

Good compensation. The operation team is really trying hard to make it a fun workplace.

I have to say, there is really not much career growth. The leadership team doesn't value industry experience. The company culture values over-promise over scientific rigor.
