Beware the megalomaniac - Anonymous employee Octane Raceway Employee Review

The new COO is a know it all megalomaniac. Literally the only reason I think Scott keeps him around is I'm pretty sure he's his brother-in-law or something to that effect. He's constantly condescending and thinks he knows better than a marketer with fifteen years experience. He doesn't have a single creative bone in his body, his ideas and promotions are one trick pony at best. If you ever have to report to JP, get out while you can!
